I remember clearly about 3 years ago, as I was slowly getting acquainted with all things web-y, I had a conversation with a friend. I was marvelling at the things one could do online now, and venting about how my computer was too old to keep up. At some stage I said "You know what they should do? Make a lappie with just a browser. The rest is junk anyways."

The idea is amazing (is there an offline mode tho' ?), the way it seems to be applied scares me. The interface reminds me the one of JoliCloud.
