Google Wave needs Rights!

Google Wave is cool, but it badly needs some kind of rights & permissions management! Without it, anyone can rewrite or delete whatever work you've done while you're asleep or just away from your computer.

As a rule, the user starting the new wave should be in charge of it, ie some sort of editor for the wave. This person should be God in this wave, able to kick out the little devils, pronounce good people priests etc etc. In charge of setting permissions, in a nutshell. A CHMOD demi-God.

I think you're quite right. Nightmare otherwise.

I'm hoping there will be such functions soon in the Wave client itself. But I would also be happy to receive tips about bots / gadgets that can help me get what I want.

What really annoys me is that there's no easy way to go straight to the new messages in a busy wave.
