What is the most important lesson you have learned this year?

When you look back at the year.... you instinctively you try and focus on all the achievements and successes given the rough road endured... Every year tends to be a learning curve!  And the older you get the more you expect out of life... what are you getting out of your life?

I reckon you expect more when young, not when you're an old fellow like me.

Maybe not this year but a lesson I learned in the past was: aggressively trying to avoid something often pulls your closer to the thing you tried to stay away from

Example would be when I always ribbed my folks for being out of date with what kids trends were, now I couldn't be hip with that age group if I tried
