Who know a little about SEO? And what advice can you provide?

So the theory goes: Go onto Google Ad Words, Mention Key Words on your website more than once, use links going to your website (via directories or blogs alike) Social Media like Tangler, Twitter, Facebook etc.. Am I missing something?

Hi Victoria, the first thing you should think about is content. Have great, new and fresh content first. Once it's done, try to optimize some keywords you would like people use to find you.

SEO is great as it's free but keep in mind that it's not a one-day job. You will have to work everyday on it (especially if you have a lot of competition in your field) and will only be able to see some results in 2 to 3 months.

Could you provide a link to your website?

You might try to put more text for your main categories (real estate photography, food photography...) as it's really specialised.

Also, might be worth it "localize" your keywords, e.g. "real estate photography Sydney"

Once it's done, try to get some links from blogs, websites, forums, social networks... speaking about photography (better if they are Australians)
