Google's developer conference just started and some announcements seem pretty cool!

1. Google Buzz gets an API. (Seesmic and Tweetdeck are already using it)
2. Chrome Web Store: a directory for web apps
3. WebM: Open media format (video)
4. Wave is available for everyone

Yeah, with Wave all they've done is remove the invite only.

Interesting to see how the media / public react to Google TV.

Don't think the idea of Search on the same device as the old fashioned TV is AMAZING but we'll see. Clearly our desktops and more especially our notebooks already have that capability - and to watch the TV?

What do you mean Chris by 'as discreet' as Android?

I think he means you can find Android in the way to lead the mobile market share as it is present in many different devices/brands.
