The very interesting iPad conversation centers around how Apple have managed to make it illegal to add your own software (jailbreaking) and have currently created a bottleneck as regards how to develop apps for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.
The key points was likening it to being limited to which brands of bread or shapes of dishes you could use in the Toaster or Dishwasher respectively.
How long could this clearly anti-competitive behavior continue unchecked?

Don't know about your dishwasher but ours definitely determines the shape and size of the dishes.
Well, you can't put a bath in there but you can put mostly any practical dish in there and some not so practical. Heck you can even cook food in a dishwasher!!
