Hi, sorry i had to get into ameeting and should have left at least a message! I was trying to get the members of the Sydney Business Networking Group to use Tangler as a place to discuss their opffers to each other rather than email to all and clogg up each others inbox. Anyhow here's hoping....

Hello Positus, sounds neat. If we are investors from overseas, what are the regulatory conditions . approvals we have to watch out for investing in Australia? Different for commercial v. residential? No?
