Are you affected by the floods?

Some friends of mine set off BY CAR yesterday from Scone with their two kids for a two week holiday on the Gold Coast. Heaven knows where they are now. Must be completely BONKERS.

The following roads are no-go/danger zones for travellers:

 

  • Barwon Highway - west of Goondiwindi
  • Brisbane Valley Highway at Split Yard Creek, Fernvale
  • Bruce Highway - north of Gladstone
  • Bruce Highway - south of Gympie
  • Bruce Highway- closed Federal
  • Canarvon Highway - north of Injune
  • Cunningham Highway - between Warwick and Inglewood
  • D'Aguilar Highway - closed at 4 points from Kilcoy Creek
  • Dawson Highway - Calliope to Springsure
  • Fitzroy Development Rd - north of Taroom
  • Gore Highway - Pampas and Brookstead
  • Ipswich Motorway - closed at Goodna and Redbank
  • Leichardt Highway - north of Wandoan
  • Moonee Highway - west of Moonee
  • Mount Lindesay Highway is closed at Jimboomba
  • New England Highway - between Toowoomba and Warwick
  • Warrego Highway - closed from Marburg Range to Toowoomba range in both directions, and west of Dalby
  • All roads West and North of Brisbane are currently impacted
  • All roads west of the Darling Downs are also impacted
  • There are major impacts on all Central Queensland road networks with continued heavy rain and further disruptions likely

they have aspergers but i think they are safe and yes didnt want to interfere and jepardise their safety by enc a move. : )

yes they hve mentioned surrounding neighbours ty and I thought same well they are not going so i do trust their judgement all the same

hmm they girls have aspergers they wont do that they r v stubborn but i think they will b ok I have also checked the maps and listen to all updates
