What are your thoughts on Google+?

So what are you thoughts on Google+? Will you be switching soon from Facebook to it?

Loving it so far! The Hangout feature is absolutely fantastic and the circles give you a better control on what you share (even if it is a bit hard to understand at the beginning).

Oh yes definitely, Google + looks more friendly, cleaner and easy to use for what i have seen. Hopefully with less security issues than Facebook. With google + you have a lot more control of everything. GREAT JOB GOOGLE!

I am so gona switch as i don't use facebook anymore and i need to keep in touch with my family and friends back in europe. I am pretty sure they will switch too.

That's the main issue I think Google will face: will they be able to bring more people and not early adopters/geeks?

transitions are never easy but i think it will work this time. Well normal users aren't that picky with control and security. LOL. I am so geek. But istill think it will work fine for google and i do hope because i am starting using it.

Yeah transition might take a while but see what happened with MySpace (different situation tho'): people can switch!

Yes. Its an easier switch as no money is envolved

Google+ has the potential to be a serious game changer but don't discount how 'rusted on' mainstream users are to their existing apps.

Will Facebook continue to dominate the social networking world?

I think they still have a long way to go with their 750 million users, but they should (and probably already are) be scared about Google!

i love the 'hangout' or free video chat feature and 'circles' too. now if only more people i know will join!

Exactly the same issue for me Only time will tell if people switch to Google+
