Have mixed thoughts here. Some of these people are evidently good BUT don't some just don a costume for dress-up kicks or so they can swagger along the streets of their town living out a fantasy?

I think it can get really dangerous and some people might think they are over the law. Anyway, quite a cool hobbyXP
